2.Declare that information found given by me is true and accurate.

3.Agree that any information found given by me to be false or misleading may cause GoldMax & More INT'L to reject application and close my account if it had been opened.

4.Agree to promptly notify you of subsequent changes in my account details.

5 Agree that you roll over interest in my behalf any money standing to credit account until contrary information given by me. If there are sufficient funds in my account.

6.Agree to hold you harmless and free from any responsibilities from loss of funds deposited to you to government order, law, tax, levy, embargo, exchange restriction or other causes beyond your control.

7.Agree that Goldmax & More INT'L investment involves a substantial amount of risk and ranges from initial investment, and even beyond initial investments.

8.Accept as due notification any notice of change in conditions governing my account which is sent to any or all of my last known address(s) and to be bound by such change.

9.Agree that if a cheque credited to my account returns dishonored the same may refund to me through my last known address either by hand or post directly to client’s current account is not possible the same shall apply. 10.Agree that at any time you may at your absolute discretion close at anytime my account (s) with you. 11.Agree to be bound by these terms and conditions regulating the operating of the account and financial services. 14. Agree that Payment of interest will be made after the contracted period if my GoldMax & More INT'L share of the investment has appreciated otherwise I agree to allow GoldMax & More INT'L to delay payment to the next payment month/months or years when the share might have appreciated.

15.Agree that after GoldMax & More INT'L have updated my payment to a later date no matter how many times this is done will only settle me my initial deposits and/or initial deposit and Return on investment (R.O.I) base on the intial investment plan I chose and not base on how long it took for investment share with GoldMax & More INT'L to appreciate such she can pay me.

16.Agree that base on terms and conditions number (15) above GoldMax&More INT'L Will and can only settle me base on the investment plan I chose and not base on figures on her website that may shows that return on investment have been compounded due delays in payment by GoldMax&More INT' which by reason may be because my GoldMax&More INT'L Share has not appreciated such she can pay me as seen in (14) above.

17.Agree not to deny accepting this terms and conditions due to reasons such as the terminologies mentioned in the terms and conditions, client agreement and risk WARNINGS,e.t.c

18.Agree that GoldMax & More INT'L can make changes to this terms and conditions at anytime without notifying me
